Part-Time General Merchandise Sales Associate - Downtown
Assist customers through the sales process which includes communicating the benefits of the quality, function and fashion of the General Merchandise product and providing excellent C.U.S.T.O.M.er service. Maintain an appealing retail environment. Attend to point of sale and merchandise displays daily to ensure all are stocked, clean, and organized. Adhere to all policies regarding point of sale including maintaining accurate cash balances, payment processing, security, safeguarding confidential customer information, and end of day reporting.  To qualify, applicants must possess superior communication and customer service skills, as well as an outgoing, likeable personality and the ability to relate with a broad customer base. Harley-Davidson General Merchandise product knowledge and passion for the lifestyle and riding community a plus.  Requires experience with point-of-sale software, or the ability to quickly learn due to general knowledge and experience with computers.  Must be available to work weekends.

Part-Time Detailer- Downtown
Provide assistance to all service department associates, as needed, to help the department run efficiently. Wash and/or detail all new, used, and customer motorcycles. Assist in ongoing preventative maintenance to facility and grounds to ensure the safety, cleanliness, functionality and attractiveness of the dealership. Assist Dealer Principal and Service Manager with special projects and dealership operations. Current motorcycle endorsement required.

Service Writer
Intakes customer vehicles, notes customer concerns or service needs, schedules work, assigns jobs to service technicians and communicates job status to customer. Requires superior communication and customer service skills. Knowledge and experience with servicing Harley-Davidson® Motorcycles and other products sold by the dealership, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them. Experience with Point-of-Sale and Parts and Service management computer software or the ability to quickly learn due to general knowledge and experience with computers. Current motorcycle license.

Harley-Davidson Master of Technology
Repairs and customizes both customer and dealer owned motorcycles while maintaining productivity and efficiency.  Correctly diagnoses and repairs difficult problems which are beyond the skills of other technicians.  Helps other members of the technical team with advice and assistance, as needed. Requires proper completion of paperwork, excellent teamwork and communication skills, and a focus on quality.  To qualify, applicant must have completed the current Harley-Davidson PhD online and instructor-led curriculum and have been employed for 60 months at a Harley-Davidson dealership to be recognized as a Master of Technology by Harley-Davidson. Experienced Harley-Davidson motorcycle technicians who do not meet all of the qualifications for Master of Technology recognition are still encouraged to apply.
