We’re Fighting Mad: Armed Forces Appreciation Day – May 17
October 2005. 30-plus months ago. A long time ago, huh? And isn’t it a shame that it was the last time Central Ohioans in any great number had the chance to rally in support for OUR military men and women? Yep, it was back when Lima Company came home. Rather than being angry, we’re doing something about it. Please come to the A.D. Farrow Co. Shop at NorthStar in Sunbury on Armed Forces Day, Saturday, May 17, from Noon to 4 p.m., to say thanks to our military personnel. If you are active duty or retired military personnel – we want to say THANK YOU for all you do! Food, Music, Fun, FREE U.S. Flags while they last! – Kid Friendly!

www.makethemilesmatter.org – Fundraising For Flying Horse Farms … Make the Miles Matter
Gosh, a lot of you got excited last week after reading the message from our Dealer Principal Bob Althoff about this exciting project! Highlights from his note:
“Specifically, I want to recruit you into a motorcycle gang … Join riders from all over Ohio in our very own gang – The Hole In The Ground Gang – in support of Flying Horse Farms … for terminally & critically ill children (www.flyinghorsefarms.org)  … We think it would be pretty cool if we could build the kids a swimming pool … Here is how we think we can do it. LET’S RIDE. Let’s ride and have fun. Let’s ride and “Make The Miles Matter.” Starting now and ending on October 15, 2008, you can solicit your friends, family members, neighbors, co-workers and anyone else you can think of to pledge money toward every mile you ride over the next three-and-a-half months.” … For details, visit www.makethemilesmatter.com

Canada To Mexico For Flying Horse Farms …Flying Horse Farms

While you contemplate your own fundraising efforts for Flying Horse Farms (see www.makethemilesmatter.com), how about supporting them with a pledge donation per mile or a single contribution?
