Leave A Mark Church On The Move!
You may have heard of these folks, a non-denominational church that mixes motorcycling with its messages. They are good people, and have a great leader, Pastor Steve Combs (he’s our friend, what can we say?). Well, they are having great success with their efforts, so much so that they are launching a new service at a new spot beginning THIS weekend! Please join them THIS SUNDAY, October 28, 10:30 a.m., at Hamilton Elementary School, 5050 Parsons Ave. (just south of Rathmell Road, southside of Columbus). Visit www.leaveamark.org for all the details.

Plans Set For THE Endurance Ride – Sunday, November 18!
When you are America’s Oldest Harley Dealer, we’ve got a lot of “oldest this and oldest that” things going for us, but few of them are as downright cool as the annual Endurance Ride! This is the oldest continuous ride in the country, if not the world. Day-long event, 250 to 300 miles. Cost to participate is $20 per person, includes turkey dinner at the end. Meet at 8, leave at 8:30 a.m., starting at A.D. Farrow Co. in Downtown Columbus, 491 W. Broad St. Finish at the A.D. Farrow Co. Shop at NorthStar, I-71 and St. Rt. 37 East. We’ll have tickets available starting Monday, October 29, at both A.D. Farrow Co. locations. As always, questions to darrisblackford@adfarrow.com. |

A Group Worthy Of YOUR Support … Operation Buckeye!
There are lots of groups out there supporting the troops, but we’ve had the occasion to see what these folks are doing first hand, and they are the real deal. They have sent over 2,000 boxes of goodies, toiletries and office supplies to military personnel from Ohio serving in Iraq and Afghanistan, and have a list of many, many more they want to help. While goods are needed, the most helpful thing right now are money donations so they can pay the $8.95 postage on each box they send. Look, you get to stay home, watch football, ride your motorcycle and do all sorts of fun things while men and women serving in our military take care of things over there – let’s show them some love, huh? Click here for more information on this amazing effort.
