A.D. Farrow Co. Recognized for Customer Service and Community Involvement
A.D. Farrow Co. Harley- Davidson was recently recognized by the Harley-Davidson Motorcycle Company for our dedication to customer service and commitment to the riding community, both individually and as a whole. The awards received reflect the efforts we are most proud of from the past year.
For
2009 we were awarded the “Bronze Bar and Shield Award” from Harley-
Davidson. This award reflects success in all areas of operation
including customer satisfaction, rider loyalty, associate training,
financial reporting, and much more.
The
most exciting part is that as we continue to look for ways to better
serve our riders this season, our ranking among all other
Harley-Davidson dealerships continues to climb. Currently,
we are ranked as one of the top six dealers in the country and on pace
to receive the prestigious “Platinum Bar and Shield Award” given only
to the top handful of dealers nationwide.
For
our riders , this means you will not only see a renewed commitment to
exceptional customer service every time you ride in, but in the coming
months and years you will find an even greater selection of brand new
bikes, including rare CVO’s, in our showroom than anywhere else. That’s how the Motor Company rewards us for serving you!
This year, A.D. Farrow Co. Harley- Davidson was also named a “TOP 100 Dealer” by Dealernews,
the premier industry publication for powersports retailers that
includes all motorcycle, ATV, scooter and dirt bike dealers in North
America! This is our 12th
time receiving this recognition and this year we also earned a special
award recognizing our commitment to being not only a great place to buy
a motorcycle, but also being responsible members of our community. A.D. Farrow Co. received the “2010 Best Community Involvement Award.” These
awards stem from a juried competition which recognizes dealerships for
their achievements in everything from retail design and merchandising
to customer service, community involvement, and general business
management.
Finally, Sales Manager, Jeff Lanzer, was awarded the “Sales Manager Brigade Award.” This award ranks him among the top sales managers in the country. He’ll
get to go to Milwaukee later this month where he will have dinner with
the president of Harley- Davidson, get a tour of the manufacturing
facility, and at tour of the museum-- Not a bad reward for working hard
at a job that you love! Way to go, Jeff!
