Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Manage the finance & insurance business operational activities.
  • Present strong presentations on all available programs to new and pre-owned motorcycle customers. Offer every product to every customer every time.
  • Produce targeted levels of revenue, profit and product penetration for the dealership.
  • Cross-sell parts, accessories, and ready-to-ride products to customers.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with several finance & insurance sources.
  • Establish realistic monthly finance forecasting in conjunction with the sales department and Dealer Principal.
  • Handle all rate quotations and master all aspects of the computer system required for finance & insurance business management.
  • Submit paperwork to obtain approval from finance sources on all finance deals. Follow up on pending approvals.
  • Submit and process chargebacks.
  • Process all funding documents, following through to ensure receipt of monies, including reserve.
  • Establish procedures to ensure timely and proper completion of all paperwork
  • Maintain the F&I sales log and chargeback file to submit to office at month’s end.

The motorcycle service business is complex and requires the unique combination of technical knowledge, mentorship capability, customer service skills and management experience at the helm to serve our riders through repairs, upgrades, maintenance, and warranty claims. The right person is needed to lead a team of service advisors, technicians and detailers.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • MMI graduate and Harley-Davidson Master Technician, highly preferred
  • At least five years of service operations management experience.
  • Progressive management experience and the ability to set and maintain standards.
  • Harley-Davidson technical product knowledge and passion for riding.
  • Valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement.
Maintain an appealing retail environment. Assist customers with their selection and purchase of General Merchandise while providing excellent C.U.S.T.O.M.er service.

The right person in the shop keeps our riders out on the road. We are seeking highly-motivated, fully-trained, confident technicians with at least 3 years of experience and extensive tool set to join America's Oldest Harley dealer at multiple locations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Successful completion and outstanding transcript from Motorcycle Mechanics Institute (MMI).
  • At least 3 years of Harley-Davidson dealership technician experience
  • Master of Technology certification
  • Harley-Davidson technical product knowledge and passion for riding.
  • Valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement and acceptable motor vehicle record.
  • Extensive tool set.

Riders rely on our service department staff to get them back on the road quickly. The service advisor is critical in the process from intake to customer pick up and serves as the key point of contact for the rider at every step in between. We are seeking highly-motivated, technically-minded, confident communicators with strong multi-tasking and organization skills to join America's Oldest Harley dealer at multiple locations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Completion of a factory-authorized training program, such as Motorcycle Mechanics Institute (MMI), highly preferred. Superior communication and customer service skills. Harley-Davidson technical product knowledge and passion for riding. Experience with point-of-sale software, or the ability to quickly learn due to general knowledge and experience with computers. Valid driver's license and motorcycle endorsement and acceptable motor vehicle record.
Provide assistance to all associates of the service department as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Wash and detail both new and preowned motorcycles
  • Wash and detail customers motorcycles
  • Perform scratch and chip repairs as required
  • Make deliveries as required
